Lucas Love Healthcare is recruiting a Registered Nurse on behalf of a well established, family run nursing home in the Dunmurry Area.
The small nursing home group is proud of their values, their positive culture and the relationships they have built with service users and their families. The staff team is focused on supporting and caring for the service users social, emotional and physical needs on an individual, person centred basis.
The Ideal Candidate will have:
- A genuine interest and passion for caring for people with various care needs
- Current NMC Registration
- Experience in working in a busy team
- An empathetic approach and understanding of the needs of our service users
- Excellent communication and reporting skills
- Experience in care of the elderly is desirable
